Week 1 - Onboarding
We start with a conversation. I want to understand your business, what feels unclear, and the decisions you are trying to make. Context shapes everything that follows.
Week 2 - Financial Review
I work through your numbers — tax position, balance sheet, profit and loss, and cash flow — so I know exactly what is going on before we speak.
Week 3 - Financial Clarity Session
A live call where we walk through your financial reality together. The session is recorded via Fathom so you can refer back to it anytime.
Week 4 - Implementation Session 1
We work through your priority actions and apply the insights to the real decisions in front of you.
Week 5 - Implementation Session 2
We review progress, resolve remaining questions, and build your confidence to keep moving forward independently.
Week 6 - Integration And Close
We review where you started versus where you are now, confirm your next steps, and discuss what continuing to work together could look like.

Because this is a 6-week process, payment is structured to match.
$825 on booking, then $495 per week for 5 weeks.

I'm Vicky.
My career started at 18, working full time at Deloitte while studying at night because financial independence meant everything to me. I built my career across finance and operations, working with some of the world's biggest brands and becoming known for seeing the whole system — not just the numbers.
What I have seen time and time again is that founders are not lacking intelligence or capability. They have just never been shown how to understand their numbers in a way that actually makes sense for their business and their life.
I understand how visionary founders think. The ideas, the drive, the sense that there is a better way to build something — and the frustration when the financial side does not support that.
